Charan 1: Sharir aur Naadi Shuddhi (Purification)

Kundalini ko jagane se pehle rasta saaf hona chahiye. Agar naadiyan (energy channels) band hain, toh urja upar nahi chadh payegi.

  • Vidhi: Rozana 15-20 minute Anulom-Vilom pranayam karein.

Yeh sabse pehla aur mukhya tantrik abhyas hai jo Kundalini ko "dhakka" deta hai.

  • Vidhi: Saans bahar nikalen (Exhale) aur apne guda dwar (anal region) ki maanspeshiyon ko upar ki taraf khinchen aur rokein.

  • Asar: Yeh niche ki taraf behne wali urja (Apana Vayu) ko upar ki taraf (Prana Vayu) mod deta hai.

Charan 4: Muladhara Chakra par Dhyaan (Focus)

Ab dhyan ko us sthan par layein jahan Kundalini supt avastha mein hai.

  • Vidhi: Reedh ki haddi ke sabse nichle chhor (base of spine) par dhyan lagayein.

  • Mantra: 'LAM' (рд▓ं) mantra ka mansik jap karein.

  • Kalpana: Mahsoos karein ki wahan ek laal rang ki urja jagrit ho rahi hai.

Charan 5: Kumbhak aur Shaktichalana (Breath Retention)

Saans ko rok kar urja ko gati di jati hai.

  • Vidhi: Gehri saans andar bharein aur use andar hi rokein (Antar Kumbhak). Is samay teeno bandh (Mula, Uddiyana, Jalandhara) ek saath lagayein. Ise Maha-Bandha kehte hain.

  • Asar: Isse "Prana" aur "Apana" milte hain, jisse jo garmi (heat) paida hoti hai, wo Kundalini ko jagrat karti hai.

Charan 6: Urja ka Aarohan (Rising of Energy)

Jab Kundalini jagti hai, toh wo ek-ek karke chakron ko bhedti hai.

  • Vidhi: Jaise-jaise aapko niche garmi ya kampann (vibration) mahsoos ho, apne dhyan ko dheere-dheere upar ke chakron par le jayein (Swadhisthana -> Manipura -> Anahata...).

Charan 7: Sahasrara ka Milan

Yeh antim charan hai jahan vyakti param-anand ki avastha mein pahunchta hai.

  • Vidhi: Dhyan ko sir ke upar (crown of the head) le jayein.

  • Anubhav: Yahan pahunchkar vyakti ko "Samadhi" ka anubhav hota hai aur wo apne aap ko bramhand se juda hua mehsoos karta hai.
